Nikki Eisenhauer

M.Ed, LPC, LCDC

Nikki is a passionate mentor, teacher, and healer who transforms head-knowledge into heart knowledge to help Seekers move from surviving to thriving. Nikki has extensive experience personally and professionally. Her foundation is a 16 year career in mental health as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in hospitals, residential and outpatient addiction treatment, homeless youth shelters, high schools & community centers, and a successful private practice since 2009.

She is an entrepreneur who started with a babysitting business at 11 years old, is a meditation and yoga teacher, a former yoga studio owner, and truth-speaking host of the podcast Emotional Badass: Where Moxie Meets Mindful, with over 3+ million downloads in 100+ countries. Nikki vulnerably shares her recovery story as a mentoring healing tool to empower highly sensitive people (HSP's) to embrace who they really are in this one precious life.

You can find her at home, surrounded by plants, her kitties Merlin and Sofia, show mascot Gusto the Standard Poodle, and hanging with her best friend, husband and producer of the show, Chris. Nikki loves reading fiction and non-fiction, creating pattern art, laughing, and cooking.

When not in home-body mode, Nikki is likely on a hike or backpacking in The Rocky Mountains that called her to make Colorado her home. She currently works with people 1:1, in groups, and is passionate about teaching The Boundaries Course every fall to participants all over the world
