This is a meditation series continuation from The Mermaid Meditation, and I know many of you really liked it--it was shared so much that many new listeners found me because of that meditation so, this is the next in the series. Make sure everything is done before starting this meditation Make sure all supplements taken, all doors locked, lights off, your face washed, teeth brushed, you are dressed in your comfy optimal sleepwear. this meditation is definitely for night time.
