Rediscovering Yourself Through Existential Exercises: Moving Through The Ages

In this episode we introduce an existential exercise called "Moving Through the Ages." The exercise is a deep, reflective journey through one's life stages, aiming to bring about self-understanding and awareness. It starts from the participant's birth, moving through childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, and even projects into future ages the participant has yet to experience.

Don’t overthink the exercise, but focus on the exploration, experiencing each stage of life through memory or imagination. Emphasize being in the moment, being open and curious, letting go of control, and being present. The goal is to reveal more about oneself, to understand oneself better, and to clarify one's desires in life.
